Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your login codes and devices secure.
• Your account is for you alone. Each account can be used on one device at a time; signing in on a new device switches the account to it. Sharing an account, or selling access to it, is not allowed and can lead to suspension.
• If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian knows you use PrepZone and agrees to these terms.

2. What you are buying

PrepZone sells access to online study content: whole courses, or individual chapters where offered. When your payment is confirmed you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to view that content through the platform for your own study. Access is to the content as it exists on PrepZone; we may improve, update or reorganise it, and we do not promise any particular exam result.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are the price you pay; discounts and coupon codes are applied before payment and each has its own conditions.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways. Your order is complete only when the gateway confirms the payment to us. If money was taken but you have no access, contact us with your transaction ID and we will fix it.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, download, redistribute or resell videos, notes, questions or any other content, or try to get around the protection on them;
• share your account or login codes, or use another person's account;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to collect content or data;
• misuse the AI tutor to generate unlawful, abusive or unrelated content, or exceed its fair-use limits;
• post reviews or notes that are unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringe others' rights.

5. AI tutor

The AI tutor is an automated assistant. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, so check important facts against your textbook and your teachers. It is a study aid and not a replacement for them. Daily usage limits apply.

6. Our content and your content

Courses, videos, text, design and the PrepZone name and logo belong to us or our instructors and are protected by law. You keep ownership of the notes and reviews you write, and give us a licence to store and display them as part of the service (for example, showing a review on a course page).

7. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts other users or the platform at risk. You can stop using PrepZone at any time and ask us to close your account (see the Privacy Policy). Closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

8. Availability

We work to keep PrepZone available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by problems with our providers or by events outside our control. We are not responsible for losses caused by such interruptions.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, the platform and content are provided "as is", and our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to PrepZone is limited to the amount you paid us for the course concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using PrepZone after a change, you accept the new terms. A change does not reduce what you already paid for.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried to resolve it with you in good faith.
